ABOUT THE ROLE
3+ years Workday Time Track and Absence experience in implementation projects or post-production support
Global Time Tracking and Absence experiencem
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client requests and/or tickets to meet customer deliverables
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives
Manage vendors and implementation partners
ABOUT YOU
Work directly with clients to deliver high-quality Workday Time Tracking and Absence solutions across multiple industries to meet, enhance and optimize the client’s business needs
Work directly with clients, solving Workday Time Tracking and Absence issues as they arise
Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization
Assist with internal initiatives, as assigned, designed to improve the team, department or company
