About the Role
- 3+ years Workday Time Track and Absence experience in implementation projects or post-production support
- Global Time Tracking and Absence experiencem
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client requests and/or tickets to meet customer deliverables
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
- Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives
- Manage vendors and implementation partners
About you
- Work directly with clients to deliver high-quality Workday Time Tracking and Absence solutions across multiple industries to meet, enhance and optimize the client’s business needs
- Work directly with clients, solving Workday Time Tracking and Absence issues as they arise
- Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization
- Assist with internal initiatives, as assigned, designed to improve the team, department or company
